LIST OF TEST RESULTS OF CONCRETE WITH SILICA CEMENT FROM SILICA JAPAN INC.
In Japan, concrete factory is obliged to get the apporval from JIS (Japan Industrial Standard) and the concrete only from such factories can be used for constructions. If mixing design of the concrete is set at 24N, the concrete over 27N by adding 3N at 56 days' test can be used for buildings, facilities and workpieces. If the finished concrete is 26N and below, it must be reeinforced or destroyed. There is a very strict regulation for the production of normal concrete in Japan. So there is no data of normal concrete in this list. Slump test is performed by using text mixer (60L). There are some data which do not show the volume of each materials when 1m3 is converted to 60L.

On the compressive strength test the concrete strength was recorded 28.8 N on 7th day and 42 N on 28th days. It shows strength of concrete goes on increasing with time with use of silica cement admixture. Also by use of 5% silica cement admixture concrete strength can be highly increase from normal to higher value. Increase in strength proves that silica cement admixture is good to use along with cement for better construction result.

It shows strength of concrete goes on increasing with time with use of silica cement admixture. Also by use of 10% silica cement admixture concrete strength can be highly increase from normal to highest value. Increase in strength proves that silica cement admixture is good to use along with cement for better construction result.
On ISHINOMAKI Technical High School we use 5% silica cement admixture where as on ABASHIRI PORT we use 10% of silica cement admixture. Doing that on same type of cement we get 26 N more concrete compressive strength on 28th day result which proves with the higher % use of silica cement admixture we can achive more concrete strength.
